Android Phones have a variety of software that is useful in daily purpose. Some of those are personal, so you don’t want others to see it. Apps like Gallery, Finance Softwares, Messengers, Mails, File Manager, etc contain personal information. If your friend takes your phone and enters into any of these apps, he/she might know your personal information. To prevent this unauthorized entry, you have to use app protector software. Here is the complete tutorial on the use of this app:
Step 1: At first, install App Lock software from Google Play Store into your Android Phone.
Step 2: Run the app. You will see this. Enter a password of at least 4 characters, then tap on continue button.
Step 3: Now you will see another password screen. Enter the same password here and tap on OK button.
Step 4: Now you will see this. Enter a security question and answer. You may also enter a password hint. This is required in case of changing password. Tap on the continue button.
Step 5: Now, draw a pattern including at least 4 points. Then tap on continue.
Step 6: Now, draw the same pattern again to confirm. Again tap on continue button.
Step 7: Now you will see your phone’s apps list. There is a lock icon beside each app. Tap on the locks you want to protect.
That’s it! Your apps are safe now. Every time you will launch an app, it will ask for the password or pattern. If you correctly provide it, you will be able to access the app, otherwise not!
