Both are quite same. But, I would go for Walton Primo GF4 for Android Lollipop 5.1, better front camera and Hall Sensor. Although, battery is better in Symphony V70.

The phones are quite same. Although the GF4 has got OTG feature, it becomes hot during charging. On the other hand, V52 has Li-polymer battery. It is more durable than that of GF4. Many people may prefer the OTG feature and chose GF4. But, I personally think, battery problem will be a headache. It should be one of the prime concerns.
