Shipping Policy
- Dhaka City COD charge: 80 BDT
- Outside Dhaka (Advance Full Payment): 130 BDT
- Outside Dhaka COD logistics charge: 190 BDT
- Delivery coverage: District and Upazila level across Bangladesh
Estimated delivery timeline: Dhaka 2-7 days, outside Dhaka 4-7 days.
Returns & Complaints
Unboxing video proof is required for claim verification. Please report issues in presence of delivery personnel/courier office staff where applicable.
